💳 BOOKING, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
📄 You’ll receive a TravelOnline Package Voucher after full payment. E-tickets and tour memos will be issued 1–3 days before travel.
✈️ This package uses group airline bookings, so tickets are not issued early — this is standard for all group joiner tours.
📝 Passenger names are finalized 3 days before departure to accommodate last-minute joiners.
If you require vouchers or e-tickets earlier than 1–3 days before travel, please do not book this package.
If you need your voucher early for leave or visa purposes, kindly inform us so we can provide a temporary voucher for your use.
🛄 TICKETING, SEATING & BAGGAGE
📦 Add baggage early — it must be processed manually and cannot be added online.
⛔ Late baggage requests may not be approved. Please add baggage at least 1 weeks before departure.
💼 Over-limit hand-carry baggage must be paid at the airport.
🧾 Names must match your passport exactly — incorrect names may lead to denied boarding or fees.
❌ NO REFUND, REBOOKING, OR TRANSFER
This package is strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, and non-transferable.
🛂 No refunds will be granted in cases of visa denial, immigration refusal or offloading, denied boarding, or failure to secure required travel clearances. These matters are under the sole discretion of immigration and government authorities and are beyond the control of TravelOnline.
Immigration requirements are assessed on a case-to-case basis. Passengers are solely responsible for researching and securing all documents applicable to their personal situation, including but not limited to: valid passport, visa, travel authority and/or Foreign Travel Authority from the appropriate supervising agency (e.g., DILG for LGU employees), DSWD clearance, ECC, and other supporting documents.
TravelOnline is not an immigration authority and does not determine all documentation that may be required. Immigration officers may request additional documents at their discretion. Passengers are strongly advised to prepare complete supporting documents prior to departure.
TravelOnline shall not be held liable for denied departure, penalties, delays, or losses arising from missing, incomplete, or insufficient documentation.

🌍 The actual tour provider is based in the destination country.
👨✈️ Tour leaders assist on-ground, but any issues must be handled directly with:
🛫 Airline – at check-in counters
🏨 Hotel – at the reception
🚌 Tour & transport – with your local guide
📵 TravelOnline cannot assist once you are abroad; clients must coordinate with the local tour guide.
☔ FORCE MAJEURE / TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS
Flight delays, cancellations, or missed activities due to weather, natural events, or other force majeure situations are beyond control.
Airlines, hotels, and tour operators typically do not provide refund or compensation
Rebooking is subject to their policies and availability
To support travelers, some packages include FREE travel insurance:

Insurance is only valid once the official policy document is issued before travel
TravelOnline is not liable for unissued policies
INDEMNITY: TravelOnline is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines or third-party providers.
Passengers agree to hold the agency free from any resulting claims or inconvenience.
