TERMS & CONDITIONS – INTERNATIONAL JOINER GROUP TOURS

Please review these terms carefully before confirming your booking.

✈️ INTERNATIONAL JOINER GROUP TOUR

This is an International Joiner Group Tour with pre-set travel dates.

πŸ‘₯ You will be traveling with a group of Filipino tourists using shared flights, shared transportation, shared hotel arrangements, and guided tours.

πŸ’° Package rates are significantly lower because airfare, hotels, transportation, and land arrangements are purchased in bulk and secured in advance by the tour operator.

🧾 VAT & BILLING

All rates quoted are based on cash-discounted prices and are exclusive of 12% VAT.

Should you require a VAT Official Receipt, the applicable 12% VAT must be settled prior to issuance. Please provide complete billing details (Company Name, Address, and TIN) before payment.

πŸ’³ BOOKING, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

A TravelOnline Package Voucher will be issued upon full payment.

E-tickets, final travel documents, and tour memoranda are generally released 1–3 days prior to departure.

This package utilizes group airline bookings. Airline tickets are not issued immediately after payment and this is standard practice for group joiner tours.

Passenger names are typically finalized approximately three (3) days before departure to accommodate final group arrangements and last-minute joiners.

If you require airline tickets or final travel documents significantly earlier than 1–3 days before departure, this package may not be suitable for your requirements.

If you require documentation earlier for leave applications, visa applications, or other purposes, please inform your TravelOnline agent so that a temporary voucher may be provided whenever possible.

πŸ›„ TICKETING, SEATING & BAGGAGE

Additional baggage requests should be submitted as early as possible. Baggage additions require manual processing and cannot always be added online.

Late baggage requests may be denied by the airline. We strongly recommend requesting baggage at least one (1) week before departure.

Passengers are responsible for any excess or overweight baggage charges imposed by the airline.

Passenger names must exactly match the passport. Name corrections after ticket issuance may result in airline penalties, additional charges, or denied boarding.

The passenger is solely responsible for ensuring that all names, birthdates, passport details, contact information, and other information provided to TravelOnline are accurate and complete.

❌ NO REFUND, REBOOKING OR TRANSFER

All bookings under this package are strictly non-refundable, non-rebookable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable.

No refund shall be granted in cases including but not limited to:

  • Visa denial
  • Immigration refusal or offloading
  • Denied boarding
  • Failure to secure required travel clearances
  • Failure to meet government travel requirements
  • Personal emergencies
  • Voluntary cancellation
  • Failure to submit required documents within prescribed deadlines
  • Expired or invalid travel documents
  • Failure to obtain a passport or visa on time

These matters are beyond the control of TravelOnline and are subject solely to the decisions of airlines, immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, tour operators, and government agencies.

πŸ›‚ IMMIGRATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Immigration requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Passengers are solely responsible for researching, preparing, and securing all documents applicable to their individual circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Valid Passport
  • Visa
  • DSWD Clearance
  • ECC
  • Travel Authority
  • Foreign Travel Authority
  • Employment Documents
  • Financial Documents
  • Return Ticket Requirements
  • Hotel Booking Requirements
  • Any other documents required by immigration authorities

TravelOnline is not an immigration authority and cannot determine every document that may be requested by immigration officers.

Immigration officers retain full discretion to request additional documentation at any time.

TravelOnline shall not be held liable for denied departure, offloading, penalties, delays, missed flights, forfeited bookings, or losses resulting from missing, incomplete, expired, or insufficient documentation.

🧭 OUR ROLE AS A TRAVEL AGENCY

TravelOnline acts solely as a travel agency and booking facilitator.

The International Joiner Group Tours offered by TravelOnline are organized, operated, and managed by independent DOT-accredited B2B tour operators that are duly licensed and accredited by the appropriate government authorities. These tour operators distribute their Joiner Group Tour products through accredited travel agencies and generally do not sell these tour products directly to retail consumers.

TravelOnline's role is to assist clients in securing available tour slots, coordinating reservations, processing bookings, facilitating payments, providing customer support, and coordinating with the applicable tour operator and travel suppliers.

As an added benefit to our clients, TravelOnline may provide freebies, discounts, complimentary travel insurance (when applicable), travel assistance, promotional benefits, and other value-added services at its sole discretion. These additional benefits are provided by TravelOnline and do not alter the nature of the underlying travel services, which remain the responsibility of the tour operator and its service providers.

TravelOnline's role is limited to marketing, reservation processing, payment collection, booking facilitation, customer support, and coordination between the client and the applicable tour operator and travel suppliers.

TravelOnline is not the actual tour operator, airline, hotel, transportation company, attraction operator, cruise company, travel insurance provider, or ground handling company.

The actual operation and delivery of the tour package, including transportation, accommodations, sightseeing activities, local guides, meals, optional tours, and on-ground services, are the responsibility of the tour operator and its service providers.

πŸ‘¨β€βœˆοΈ TOUR OPERATIONS & SERVICE CONCERNS

Operational concerns must be addressed directly with the responsible service provider:

πŸ›« Airline concerns – Airline Check-in Counter

🏨 Hotel concerns – Hotel Reception

🚌 Tour & Transportation concerns – Local Tour Guide

🎟 Attraction concerns – Attraction Management

Once abroad, passengers must coordinate directly with the local guide and tour operator regarding operational matters.

TravelOnline will make reasonable efforts to relay concerns and assist in communication when possible but does not control the actions, decisions, policies, availability, operations, or performance of third-party suppliers.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PACKAGES WITH SHOPPING STOPS

Please carefully review your itinerary. If your itinerary includes shopping stops, kindly note that these tour packages are heavily discounted because participating stores subsidize a portion of the tour cost in exchange for the opportunity to introduce and demonstrate their products to visiting tourists.

Attendance at shopping stops is mandatory as part of the tour program. However, purchasing any product is completely optional.

These shopping stops help reduce the overall cost of your tour package, allowing travelers to enjoy significantly lower rates than comparable non-shopping-stop packages.

All purchases made during shopping stops are direct transactions between the traveler and the store.

TravelOnline is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, importer, exporter, representative, agent, or guarantor of any products sold during these visits.

TravelOnline does not recommend, endorse, verify, inspect, guarantee, or authenticate any products sold during shopping stops.

Clients are strongly encouraged to exercise their own judgment and discretion before making any purchase.

Should you choose to purchase any product, you do so entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Any concerns regarding product quality, authenticity, defects, warranties, returns, exchanges, repairs, shipping, delivery, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes must be addressed directly with the store where the purchase was made.

TravelOnline will not be responsible for facilitating, negotiating, processing, translating, coordinating, following up, mediating, or assisting with returns, exchanges, refunds, warranty claims, disputes, complaints, or after-sales concerns related to purchases made during shopping stops.

TravelOnline does not receive any commission or compensation based on products purchased by clients during shopping stops.

If you prefer not to visit shopping stops, please use the "No Shopping Stops" filter available on our website or request a quotation for a non-shopping-stop or customized package. Please note that these packages are generally priced significantly higher due to the absence of store subsidies.

β›½ FUEL SURCHARGES, GOVERNMENT TAXES & AIRLINE-IMPOSED FEES

Airlines, airports, governments, and regulatory authorities may impose, increase, adjust, or introduce additional fuel surcharges, airport taxes, security fees, aviation-related charges, government taxes, or other mandatory fees after a booking has already been confirmed.

For certain departures, particularly charter flights, passengers may be required to pay additional fuel surcharges, taxes, or mandatory airline-imposed fees if such charges are imposed after the original booking has been made.

Any such increase shall be the responsibility of the passenger and must be settled prior to ticket issuance or departure.

✈️ AIRLINE CANCELLATIONS, FLIGHT CHANGES, DELAYS & REROUTING

Airlines reserve the right to cancel, delay, reroute, consolidate, reschedule, substitute aircraft, change departure airports, change arrival airports, modify flight schedules, or otherwise alter flight operations at their sole discretion.

TravelOnline is not an airline and has no authority to prevent, reverse, override, or control airline decisions regarding cancellations, schedule changes, rerouting, delays, or flight disruptions.

In the event of a flight cancellation, delay, rerouting, schedule change, or operational disruption, passengers shall be subject solely to the remedies, options, and policies provided by the airline and/or tour operator.

Available remedies, if any, may include rebooking, rerouting, airline credit, travel voucher, partial refund, full refund, alternative transportation, or other options solely determined by the airline and/or tour operator.

TravelOnline's role is limited to communicating and coordinating the options provided by the airline and/or tour operator.

β˜” FORCE MAJEURE & TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS

TravelOnline shall not be liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disturbances
  • Typhoons
  • Natural disasters
  • Airport closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Political events
  • Strikes
  • Public health emergencies
  • Airline operational issues
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Acts of God

Flight delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, missed activities, missed connections, and similar disruptions are subject solely to the policies of the affected supplier.

Airlines, hotels, and tour operators may modify schedules, routes, accommodations, attractions, transportation equipment, restaurants, and itinerary components without prior notice due to operational requirements.

🩺 HEALTH & FITNESS TO TRAVEL

Passengers are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically, medically, and mentally fit to travel.

Before booking, please carefully review the itinerary. Joiner Group Tours are designed to maximize sightseeing opportunities and may involve early departures, long travel days, extensive walking, stair climbing, standing for extended periods, and participation in a structured group schedule.

As such, Joiner Tours may not be suitable for travelers who:

  • Have difficulty walking long distances or climbing stairs
  • Require frequent rest periods or special mobility assistance
  • Have medical conditions that may be aggravated by extended travel or physical activity
  • Prefer flexible schedules or customized itineraries
  • Have difficulty keeping up with a group program and fixed meeting times

TravelOnline does not recommend Joiner Tours for travelers with significant mobility limitations or for those who may find it difficult to participate in the pace and activities of a group tour.

By booking, passengers acknowledge that they have reviewed the itinerary, understand the physical demands of the tour, and accept responsibility for ensuring that the selected tour is suitable for their personal health, mobility, and travel requirements.

TravelOnline shall not be liable for illness, injury, hospitalization, medical expenses, travel disruptions, or losses arising from pre-existing conditions, medical circumstances, or health-related events occurring before, during, or after travel.

πŸ›‘οΈ TRAVEL INSURANCE

Some packages may include complimentary travel insurance which will only start not earlier that 1 week before travel.

Insurance coverage is only valid if the policy is formally issued before departure.

Passengers must request policy issuance at least three (3) days prior to departure.

TravelOnline shall not be liable for unissued policies resulting from late requests.

βš–οΈ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TravelOnline's responsibility is strictly limited to its role as a travel agency and booking facilitator.

TravelOnline does not own, operate, manage, supervise, control, or maintain the airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, cruise companies, attractions, travel insurance providers, shopping establishments, restaurants, or other suppliers providing services included in the package.

TravelOnline shall not be liable for acts, omissions, negligence, errors, service failures, supplier defaults, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, denied visas, immigration decisions, denied entry, force majeure events, operational issues, supplier insolvency, or any other matter arising from services performed by third-party suppliers.

In any event, should TravelOnline be found legally liable for any claim, dispute, or cause of action arising from a booking, the maximum liability of TravelOnline shall not exceed the amount of the service fee, commission, or compensation actually received by TravelOnline in connection with the affected booking, except where a greater liability is expressly required by applicable law.

🀝 AGREEMENT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT & INDEMNITY

By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all terms, conditions, disclosures, limitations, warnings, responsibilities, policies, and disclaimers stated herein.

The client further acknowledges and agrees that TravelOnline acts solely as a travel agency, booking facilitator, and intermediary, and that the actual travel services are provided, operated, managed, and delivered by independent third-party tour operators and suppliers.

The client expressly acknowledges that TravelOnline is not the actual tour operator, airline, hotel, transportation provider, attraction operator, cruise company, travel insurance provider, shopping establishment, or other service provider included in the package.

The client further acknowledges that complaints, disputes, refund requests, service concerns, operational issues, itinerary concerns, accommodation concerns, transportation concerns, shopping stop concerns, or any other matters relating to the actual operation, performance, execution, delivery, or quality of travel services may require review and resolution by the responsible tour operator and/or third-party supplier providing such services.

Accordingly, the client agrees that any claim, complaint, dispute, demand, cause of action, or proceeding relating to the operation, performance, quality, delivery, cancellation, modification, or execution of travel services shall first be directed to the responsible supplier and/or tour operator providing such services.

INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TravelOnline, its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, penalties, expenses, or demands arising from:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers or tour operators
  • Airline cancellations, delays, rerouting, or schedule changes
  • Visa denials, immigration decisions, offloading, or denied boarding
  • Force majeure events
  • Shopping stop purchases
  • Operational decisions made by tour operators or suppliers
  • Failure of the passenger to comply with travel requirements
  • Failure of the passenger to provide required documents
  • Any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of TravelOnline

Should TravelOnline be required to defend against claims arising primarily from the acts, omissions, or services of third-party suppliers or tour operators, TravelOnline reserves the right to seek recovery of reasonable legal costs, attorney's fees, and expenses from the party legally responsible for such claims, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

βœ… AGREEMENT

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated above.
