TERMS:
1. Rates are inclusive of taxes
2. Rates are valid for minimum 2 pax. For single traveller surcharge applies. (Rate for 1 adult 1 child, child will be paying the adult rate)
3. Transfers and tours are conducted in English and on seat in coach (SIC) basis
4. There is strictly no refund or replacement for transfer/tour if guest is late for pickup.
5. Waiting time for arrival transfer is strictly 1.5 hour and for other tours/transfers is strictly 15 min .

8. HOTEL POLICY : It is usual that most of the hotels iwill ask for a security deposit from the guest directly. It's not for room payment but for the incidental expenses incurred by the guest during the stay. Hotel will take an imprint of a credit card or will ask for a deposit in cash, the amount of cash required varies from hotel to hotel . It's a refundable deposit upon checking out, it wll be fully refunded if guest do not make any consumption at the stay.
