VOUCHER RELEASE DATE : This is a group joiner tour, which means the tickets and hotels are purchased in advance to secure the lowest rate. Since it is booked under a group booking, names are only submitted to the airline & hotel 3 days before the travel date, allowing operators to sell the remaining slots last minute. Because of this setup, your tickets and vouchers can only be released 1–2 days before your travel date and are released all at once for all joiners in the group. If you need your vouchers immediately after payment or earlier than this, please do not book a group joiner tour. Instead, consider a private customized tour, where vouchers can be provided right away.

Exclusions: Visa Processing Fee for non-PH passport holders only ($40/pax) , Danang Airport tax  ($38/pax) for Vietjet chartered flight only, tips for driver and guide ($20/pax), extra baggage fees, and single supplement fee.

Cancellations or disruptions due to force majeure / acts of God (including typhoons, natural disasters, government restrictions, flight irregularities, or similar events) are also non-refundable and non-rebookable, as these circumstances are outside the control of TravelOnline and its tour, hotel, and transportation partners.

If your flight is delayed or canceled and you miss any hotel nights, transfers, or tours, these services are not refundable or rebookable, as this is not the fault of the tour operator.

Emergency Trip Cancellation is covered only if:
 The policy was issued before the emergency occurred

Coverage is only valid if you receive an official Malayan Insurance policy document with your name and details. If the policy has not been issued at least 3 days before travel, kindly follow up with your agent.
